Service / AI & Automation

Dashboards that answer the question, instead of showing every number you have.

We build business dashboards and automated reporting that pull from your real systems, refresh themselves, and put the decision-relevant numbers on one screen your team will actually open.

01 / What this is

The hard part is agreeing what the numbers mean

Building a chart is easy. Deciding what counts as an "active customer", whose definition of revenue is correct, and which of four conflicting spreadsheets is authoritative — that is the actual work, and it is where we spend the early part of the project.

Once definitions are agreed, we connect the real sources, build the refresh, and design a layout that answers specific questions. Every dashboard we build starts from a list of questions it must answer; anything that answers none of them does not get a tile.

Where AI genuinely helps is the written layer: a short plain-language summary of what changed and what looks unusual, generated on each refresh, so the numbers come with a sentence instead of requiring interpretation.

Good signs this service fits

  • Someone rebuilds the same report every week by hand
  • Two reports disagree and nobody knows which is right
  • Your data lives in four tools and no single view
  • Decisions wait on a report that arrives days late
  • You have a dashboard nobody opens

02 / Problems it solves

What AI Dashboards & Data Visualization usually fixes

Time

The weekly report rebuilds itself

Scheduled refresh replaces manual export, paste and reformat — usually the first hours this service gives back.

Trust

One number, one definition

Metric definitions are written down and applied consistently, so two reports stop contradicting each other.

Clarity

A screen that answers questions

Layout driven by the decisions it supports, with a plain-language summary of what changed since last time.

03 / Deliverables

What you actually receive

We build on tooling that matches your data volume and budget, in your own accounts. Where a spreadsheet genuinely suffices, we will tell you rather than sell a platform.

If your underlying data is inconsistent, cleaning it is part of the work and we scope it honestly — a dashboard on bad data is worse than no dashboard.

Included in a standard engagement

  • A written metric dictionary: every number, its definition and its source
  • Connections to your live data sources with scheduled refresh
  • The dashboard itself, designed mobile-readable as well as desktop
  • Exception highlighting so unusual values are visible without hunting
  • Optional AI-written change summary on each refresh
  • Scheduled email or message delivery of key figures
  • Documentation and a walkthrough for your team

04 / How it works

From first call to finished work

The ASOLZ six-phase process, applied to this service. Each stage ends with something you can review.

Full process

  1. STEP 01

    Question list

We write down the decisions this dashboard must support. Anything that supports none of them is left out.

  2. STEP 02

    Source and definition audit

Where each number lives, how reliable it is, and which definition becomes authoritative.

  3. STEP 03

    Data pipeline

Connections, cleaning rules and refresh schedule, with alerts if a source stops responding.

  4. STEP 04

    Design and build

Layout, charts and thresholds built to the question list, reviewed with you before it is final.

  5. STEP 05

    Review in use

After a few weeks of real use we cut what nobody looks at and sharpen what they do.

06 / FAQ

Questions about AI Dashboards & Data Visualization

What should a business dashboard show?

Only what changes a decision. A useful dashboard answers three to seven specific questions — for most businesses: are we selling enough, are we delivering on time, and is cash where it should be. Everything else belongs in a report you open when you need it.

Which dashboard tool do you use?

It depends on your data volume, budget and whether the data must stay in a particular jurisdiction. We recommend one in the proposal with its monthly cost, and we are happy to build in a tool you already pay for.

Our data is messy. Is that a problem?

It is normal, and it is part of the scope. We audit data quality before designing anything, and tell you honestly if cleaning is a bigger job than the dashboard itself.

How is this different from the reports our tools already produce?

Built-in reports show one tool's view. The value of a dashboard is combining sources — your CRM, your payment provider, your spreadsheet — into one consistent picture with definitions that match across them.

Which report eats the most time?

Send us last week's version. We will tell you what it would take to make it build itself.
