Service / AI & Automation

Social media automation that keeps the calendar running when the week gets busy.

We build the operational layer behind social content: scheduling, repurposing long-form into short, approval gates and reporting — so publishing does not depend on one person having a free afternoon.

01 / What this is

Operations, not a content retainer

This service builds the pipeline, not the personality. Strategy and brand voice stay yours — what we automate is everything between "we have something to say" and "it is published, on time, on every platform, in the right format".

The highest-value piece is usually repurposing. One webinar, podcast or long article contains a fortnight of short-form posts. Extracting them by hand is slow; an AI-assisted pipeline with a human approval gate turns it into an hour.

We are deliberate about where automation stops. Replies, comments and anything community-facing stay human. Automated engagement reads as automated and damages the account.

Good signs this service fits

  • Posting is consistent for three weeks then stops
  • Long-form content is published once and never reused
  • Approvals happen over scattered messages
  • Each platform is posted to manually, one at a time
  • Nobody can say which posts actually did anything

02 / Problems it solves

What Social Media Automation usually fixes

Consistency

The calendar survives a busy fortnight

Content is batched and queued ahead, so a chaotic week does not create a visible gap in the feed.

Leverage

One asset becomes fifteen posts

Long-form content is transcribed, cut and reformatted per platform, with a human choosing what is worth posting.

Control

Nothing publishes without sign-off

An approval step sits before the queue, so the automation never puts something unreviewed in front of your audience.

03 / Deliverables

What you actually receive

We build in a mainstream scheduling platform plus a workflow tool, both in your accounts. You keep access and can run it entirely without us.

Platform API rules change often and limit what can be automated — we design within current rules rather than around them.

Included in a standard engagement

  • A content operations map: capture, repurpose, approve, schedule, report
  • Repurposing pipeline from long-form to platform-native formats
  • Scheduling queues configured per platform with posting windows
  • An approval step with a named reviewer before anything goes live
  • Asset library structure so visuals are findable, not re-made
  • A reporting view of reach, engagement and link clicks
  • Written runbook for your team

04 / How it works

From first call to finished work

The ASOLZ six-phase process, applied to this service. Each stage ends with something you can review.

Full process

  1. STEP 01

    Content audit

What you already produce, what gets reused, and where the pipeline currently stalls.

  2. STEP 02

    Pipeline design

We define the route from source asset to published post, including the human approval point.

  3. STEP 03

    Build the workflow

Transcription, extraction, formatting, queueing and reporting wired together in your accounts.

  4. STEP 04

    Pilot batch

We run one real content batch end to end and fix what the pipeline got wrong.

  5. STEP 05

    Handover

Runbook, recorded walkthrough and a review after the first month of live use.

06 / FAQ

Questions about Social Media Automation

Will automated posting hurt our reach?

Scheduling through official platform APIs does not penalise reach. What does hurt accounts is automated commenting, following and DMs, which we will not build.

Do you write the posts?

The pipeline drafts from your own source material and a human approves or edits. Original strategy and voice stay with you — we can draft the first batch to calibrate tone.

Which platforms can be automated?

The major platforms with official scheduling APIs. Some features, particularly on newer or more restrictive networks, cannot be automated at all, and we say which at the planning stage rather than after.

Can this run with no human in the loop?

Technically yes, and we advise against it. One unreviewed post published during a bad news cycle costs more than the time the approval step takes.

What is sitting unused in your content library?

Most businesses already have enough material for a quarter. Tell us what you have and we will show you the pipeline.
